Richard Tucker				An exclusive Columbia artist, Richard Tucker (1913-1975) remained on the Metropolitan Opera roster until his death in 1975. He was without rivals in the Italian repertory, and the Richard Tucker Foundation continues to play an active role in the nurturing of young American singers.
